MIT Media Labs - Field Trip - Dadar Market
The first step in coming up with an innovative idea is to gather insights . We visited the Dadar market & railway station as we would get to observe people from different strata of the society and different demographics.
The major insights that we gathered lead us to the following ideas:
1. Sign Language to picture convertor
2. Safety ornament for women
3. Music for the deaf / 360 feel of music
4. Interactive game for fixed durations of travel
5.Intelligent wallet accessory which keeps a track of cash inflow and outflow
6.Film for a mobile which can convert images on the touch phone into 3d...( adding the height dimension)
7. Augmented Reality used for shopping lists ,history of places, reviews etc
